Audio Troubleshooting

If you cannot play the audio files, there are a few things you can try:

  1. Make sure you have installed all the latest service packs / patches for your operating system, your browser, and your media player.
  2. Make sure your media player has the MPEG Layer 3 Audio Codec installed.
  3. If you are using Internet Explorer, try switching to Firefox or Chrome.
  4. If you are using Windows, right-click on the link for an audio file, then click on 'save target as' (or 'save link as') to save the file to your computer. Try to play the file from there.
